Palanca Needs:

PALANCA FOR PARTICIPANTS Please take a minute to reflect on the few simple rules for palanca – 1. All palanca given on the weekend is to be something small, this is done so that there can be no real difference in what one receives over what another may receive. 2. It is really your personal gift to the Participant, so it is really more meaningful if it is hand written. 3. Sponsors are to give a book, wrapped but that is the only book or large gift that will be delivered on the weekend. If you desire to do something special for your candidate feel free to give them that gift after they have left the retreat center
